Infrastructure: For the effective management of social service activities throughout India, BJS has established regional offices on a as required basis throughout India. The Head Office is located at Pune, Maharashtra with offices at Delhi in the North, Kolkota in the east, Port Blair in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Goa in western India. Based on need during disasters and such like activities temporary offices are established when ever and wherever required.
Head Office: Very unlike the general perception about an NGO, this is a professional organisation located in a prime location of the upcoming International Business Center in one of the most progressive cities of the country-Pune, the Oxford of the East. The head office is spread across 10,000 sq. ft. area. It is centrally air conditioned with a 24 hours generator backup with a capacity to accommodate 100 professionals. Each workstation is equipped with state-of-the art facilities such as high end computer, telephone & internet.
Delhi Branch office: The Delhi branch office is located in the heart of Delhi, to facilitate effective communication with the government officials and oversee the BJS Disaster Management activity.
Port Blair Branch office: This branch office, is located in the heart of Port Blair- the capital of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and was established to facilitate the post tsunami re-construction work and EDUQIP implementation programmes. The office premise is spread across 2000 sq. ft. area with ultra modern facilities and equipments. It accommodates 50 professionals. Each workstation is equipped with a personal computer, telephone & internet.
Kolkata Branch office: This branch office houses a Senior Consultant looking after the proposed International Institute of Disaster Management.
Goa branch office: This branch office was established in Jun 2007 to facilitate implementation of its EDUQIP programme for Government schools of Goa. The branch office is on the second floor of SIE building, which is located in the Education Hub Center of Goa at Alto-Betim, Porvori, in Panajim. The office is fully equipped with all the modern facilities. Each workstation having a computer connected to broadband & central server. The office has a total area of 2000 sq. ft. and is adequate to accommodate 40 to 50 staff members. The implementation teams are equipped with five dedicated vehicles to conduct the implementation programmes.
