LOOKING 10 YEARS AHEAD

1. Until now, we have signed MoUs with governments and have been implementing Educational Quality Improvement Programs (EDUQIP) in all the government schools of the Union Territories and small states such as Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Goa & Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. BJS has recently signed an MoU with the Government of Gujarat for the Educational Quality Improvement in Narmada and Bharuch districts. It is our dream to reach all the l.2 million government schools across the country in the coming 10 years.

2. BJS is on the verge of unfolding one of the largest ever projects from an NGO towards Nation Building. It is that of deep research, creation of the syllabus and its rolling out Peace, Moral & Value based education for students from Kindergarten to Std. XII all across the country. This syllabus has begun its onward journey as early as July 2009.

3. The influence of westernized culture has taken a heavy toll on the youth of today. It is imperative that someone takes cognitive & corrective steps to minimize the negative aspects of western culture. BJS has carried out in-depth research and created various modules for empowerment of the youth to preserve our traditions and culture. The pilot run for these programmes have been through 8 States with tangible results. These modules are now ready to be rolled out countrywide.

All programmes researched, developed and successfully rolled out by BJS until now have become the need of the hour for the nation as a whole. To increase the reach of these programs BJS is now creating District level centres so that its program basket can be utilized nationwide.
